MEET EMILY

My name is Emily Knapman, I founded Practice Perfection in 2012 and after a few very successful years I later developed Practice Perfection Services Ltd in 2015.

I have worked in the dental industry for more than 18 years from being a dental nurse to a practice manager then an area business manager for a dental corporate.  In 2018 I also realised my own ambition of becoming a practice owner.

My experience has given me a diverse skill set, not only do I understand the intricate needs of a dental practice but I also have a unique understanding of everything that goes on behind the scenes at all levels.

My exceptional organisational skills have allowed me to play a pivotal role in the success of my clients. My ethos has always been to give my clients the service that I would expect for myself, this means that I will look after your business as if it were my own, always with your success and sanity at the heart of everything I do.

Outside of running Practice Perfection Services Ltd and my own specialist referral clinic, I spend my free time with my family, my husband and 3 children. I am based in the stunning Dorset countryside in a little town called Wimborne, we are surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscapes in the UK so we spend most of our time walking and exploring the coast and surrounding areas, enjoying the great outdoors to be found on our door step,
